You shouldn't have to travel far, take time off of work, or drop a lot of money to rest and restore your energy. That's why we hold Journaling Mini-Retreats.

Our virtual journaling mini-retreats are a safe, affirming, positive space where you can experience the healing power of journaling in community. In our 45 minutes together, we gather on Zoom, and Zenit founder Alina guides us in a few journaling exercises with thoughtful prompts. The flow of our mini-retreats is:

  • Process: check in with your feelings and process what's been weighing on you
  • Release: clear the clutter from your mind as you put pen to paper
  • Center: come back to self-love through affirming journaling that harnesses your inner wisdom and kindness

Even in the course of 45 minutes, through our guided journaling and sharing of reflections with each other, real transformation is possible, whether it's processing your thoughts and feelings, releasing what's been weighing on you, making insights into what you need, or gaining clarity that empowers you to make changes that serve you.
