Racial Healing Journals
Our Racial Healing Journals are designed to be a safe space and a brave space to process racial trauma and do the quiet, necessary reflective work to advance racial healing. They are a collaborative creation and labor of love of Alina Liao of Zenit; Astrologist, Activist, and Life Coach Tracey L. Rogers; and Kimberly Díaz and Andrew Daub of oneTILT.

About the Creators
Alina Liao (she/her/hers), founder of Zenit. I launched Zenit to be a company that puts our collective wellness first. After the police killings of Breonna Taylor and George Floyd, I saw so many people and companies be vocal about #blacklivesmatter. As I watched, I wondered, what happens next?
As an Asian-American daughter of immigrants, I have experienced racism and xenophobia. At the same time, I have had my own reckoning of racism in our community, and the ways in which Asian-Americans have benefited from and perpetuated white supremacy. It’s intense mental and emotional work to process these dual realities. With this collection, I want to give us all a safe, quiet, behind-the-scenes space to do the reflective work needed to support our individual and collective racial healing. Tracey L. Rogers (she/her/hers)(www.traceylrogers.com), professional Astrologer, certified Life Coach, Activist, Writer and Podcast host of “Faith and The Revolution.” Based in Philadelphia, PA, my work has been featured in various print and online publications including Oprah.com and OtherWords DC. I’m also a featured guest on nationally syndicated radio including the Russ Parr Morning Show (MAJIC 102.3) based in Washington, DC, and Dee Dee in the Morning (K104) based in Dallas, TX. My activism career began as a political organizer after college, and I have since gone on to design and facilitate trainings, workshops and seminars that center racial justice, Black women’s empowerment and Palestinian human rights. In 2019, I was awarded the Charles P. Monroe Award for Civil Rights by the Arlington, Virginia Chapter of the NAACP. Follow me at @trae2u.
Kimberly Díaz (she/her/hers), CEO and co-founder of oneTILT, a nonprofit that makes organizations more inclusive one tiny inclusive little thing (oneTILT) at a time. A proud multi-racial latina, I started oneTILT after a decade of nonprofit management & teaching experience in which I felt like I could not bring my true self to work. I hold an MBA from UVA Darden School of Business, a M.A.T. in Mathematics from American University, and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
I also served as a founding board member of New Leaders Council - Virginia, a nonprofit committed to recruiting and developing the next generation of progressive leaders. I love my dog Mango, los Yankees, and all things Celia Cruz. Follow me at @KimberlyDiaz1 or @one_TILT.
Andrew Daub (he/him/his), COO and co-founder of oneTILT. I move through this world as a white, cisgender, openly gay man eager to collectively reimagine the way we do work so that power is redistributed and everyone can thrive. I hold an MPH from Johns Hopkins University, MEd from George Mason University, and BA in English from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. I love tennis, screenwriting, and all things Patagonia. Follow me at @asdaub or @one_TILT.
